Telehealth Solutions help Health Plans and other organizations that service the safetynet population in the state of California to utilize the power of technology solutions combined with innovative workflow practices to help bring significant quality improvements to the care that is delivered to patients. Telehealth solutions reduce the time to diagnose a condition which eventually leads to a faster care delivery.   

e2oHealth is working with the LA Care Health plan as a service partner for the LA Care eConsult program to assist LA Care with implementing the telehealth application ‘Safetynet eConsult’ across the DHS clinics and Community Partner sites in LA County.

With products such as eConsult, specialty care can be provided without long wait times and lost requests for the large safety net of patients seen by community health and DHS clinic providers. As many as 60% of all referral visits can be replaced by direct consultation between a provider and a specialist. It also allows for a more complete workup to be done before the patient is ever seen. 

e2o Health can help Health Plans and large healthcare organizations to implement this innovative solution into their affiliated practices to improve care co-ordination between the PCPs and specialists; We can help the practices in documenting their existing workflow practices, identifying gaps and designing a future state work flow. Eventually we can provide training for physicians and back office staff to go live; monitor the use of the products, and provide technical assistance.
